Behavior Technician

What does the job entail?

  • Implementing behavioral services one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum at our center, schools, and/or in home

  • Running lessons and taking data

  • Support and mentorship from supervisors along the way

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or GED

  • California state-issued ID

  • Reliable transportation & ability to be on-time for sessions

  • Current immunizations and physical

What can we offer?

  • Starting rate between $18 and $21

  • Pay increase upon passing of Registered Behavior Technician exam (which we prepare you for)

  • Hiring bonus for candidates who are already RBT certified (at certain locations)

  • Providing behavior intervention services

  • Consulting for outside facilities (care homes, vocational programs, school districts)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • An average caseload of 8-10 children with autism 

  • Providing behavior intervention services

  • Consulting for outside facilities (care homes, vocational programs, school districts)

Requirements:

  • BCBA or BCBA-D
